What is the investment process?
The first step is to request a full report on the project being funded. To do this, you must complete a form. You will receive the report by email and will then have more information about the project. Our team will then contact you by email to explain the next steps if you wish to pursue your interest.
Is it a risk-free investment?
Like any investment, business acquisition involves risks of capital loss since a company can find itself in difficulties or even go bankrupt. However, our job is to limit the risk as much as possible by conducting extensive research upstream during the selection of companies. We only select companies that have proven their solidity and with a rapid projected return on investment (3 years max). Thanks to collective takeover, you can more easily diversify your assets and reduce your commitment to each project, which limits the risk associated with this type of investment. We are “skin in the game” since we invest ourselves in all projects up to 50% of the total amount.
Is profitability assured?
We cannot guarantee profitability. We carefully select companies with reliable profitability over the past few years, but nothing is guaranteed. The stated profitability is a target based on the company’s past performance, but keep in mind that past results do not guarantee future performance. We strongly suggest always diversify your investments.
Should I get involved in management?
ONA Invest was created to enable passive business acquisition. You won’t have to get involved in the company’s management. We take care of everything by selecting managers who are experts in their field. Every month, you’ll receive a quantified management report covering key figures and significant developments in the company. We can also organize votes for important decisions, in which you are free to participate or not. Finally, for us Ona invest is also an experience and for each takeover, a community will be created and you will receive pictures, videos, interviews about the company and employees.
How will I receive my dividends?
At the end of each fiscal year, accountants prepare the company’s accounts. The results will allow shareholders to be remunerated in proportion to their number of shares.
Can I sell my shares?
Of course, you can sell your shares at any time. Either to a co-investor who would like to increase their stake or to another person. Simply contact us to manage the sale. We will offer the purchase of your shares to our network of investors.
