WHY ONA INVEST ?
Our founder, Nicolas Rouanet, is a former entrepreneur who sold his first company at the age of 25. He then made his fortune by reinvesting this sum in the acquisition of profitable businesses around the world. Business acquisitions generate returns far superior to real estate (from 30% annual return to over 100% depending on the project!)
Following numerous requests from his network, he began offering them the opportunity to invest alongside him in his new acquisitions.
Given this success, in 2024 he decided to launch his own fractional investment platform specializing in the acquisition of SMEs to allow all individuals to participate in these opportunities.

To continue growing and offering more and more projects, part of our growth strategy relies on influencer marketing, particularly with smaller influencers who are closer to their audiences.
In 2024, we launched the first project on the platform: the acquisition of three boutique hotels in Latin America. Felipe, an American entrepreneur friend of Nicolas’s, who had invested alongside him in previous years, introduced Nicolas to Virginia, an American lifestyle influencer.
Virginia was interested in the project and posted a story on her Instagram. The project was funded in three days (acquisition value = $500,000). Virginia received a free 5% stake in the company, which has an annual profitability of $250,000. Since then, Virginia has earned an average of $12,500 each year thanks to three stories published in three days.
